is that I can not stop eating this dried pineapple. My family has always loved the sweet, dried pineapple rings and bites you usually see in stores – including food stores. This is organic, unsweetened, unsulphured, and dried pineapple is so good, is addictive. I also (and love), dried, baked apples from Bare Fruit, but the pineapple is my absolute favorite. Wish nutritional information was on the Amazon website though. I have to do it so I can decide how many bags to pack snack on. Perhaps that prevent me from swallowing it.
Although this is not what I expected, it was fabulous anyway. I thought when it was “bake dry” would be crunchy, oven dried apples like Fuji. Not at all – it is very chewy and sweet. It ’s like eating candy – but healthy!
